This was the first book I’ve read by this author, and I’m so glad I picked it up. It is such a deeply personal memoir that takes you on a raw journey from love and loss to healing and renewal with Michelle opening up about the painful chapters of her life. What struck me the most was her courage in sharing such intimate moments, and how writing became her way of navigating grief in a way (along with coffee). Her resilience is truly inspiring, and I loved how she found strength not just through her words, but also in fitness and self-care. It’s a beautiful reminder that even in the darkest times, healing is possible although nowhere near easy...
...The way she transforms her pain into something so uplifting made the book impossible to put down. I experienced so many emotions throughout this book! If you’re looking for a story about hope, renewal, and the healing power of the human spirit, this one’s for you. I’m definitely going to check out more of her work after reading this.

This book was way more raw and personal that I first thought. It read like a journal, with all the author’s personal feelings and lessons she’s learned. She opened up about her losses, how she is learning to heal through them.. Be ready with your coffee in hand before picking this up because you won’t want to put it down!
